Ingredients
- 250 ml buttermilk
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 200 g plain yogurt
- 100 ml milk
- 1 tbsp grated horseradish (from jar)
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1 bunch radishes
- 50 g dandelion blossoms (or fresh herbs as desired)
Instructions

Mix the buttermilk, lemon juice, yogurt and milk; add the horseradish and blend. Season with salt, pepper and a touch of nutmeg. Wash, peel and finely slice or grate the radishes.

Add half of the grated radishes to the soup and blend again. Stir in the remaining grates. Divide the soup into bowls and top each with 1–2 tbsp of blossoms. Serve with toasted bread and butter.
