Ingredients
- 400 g Strawberries
- 40 g sugar
- 200 g whipping cream
- 1 packet stabilizer
- 250 g low‑fat quark
- Mint (and chocolate sprinkles for garnish)
Instructions

Wash and clean the strawberries. Set aside 4 berries for decoration.

Puree the remaining strawberries with sugar and strain through a sieve.

Beat the cream with the stabilizer until stiff and fold into the quark.

Fill the quark mixture into a piping bag with a large star tip and pipe into dessert glasses, allowing the strawberry puree to flow into the quark in portions without stirring.

Chill until serving. Serve garnished with one quartered strawberry, mint, and chocolate sprinkles.
