- 500 g quark (20% fat in total)
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar
- whipped cream
- 1 sachet vanilla sugar
- 500 g fruit (preferably berries such as raspberries, strawberries and blueberries; plums also work well)
- 2 tbsp raspberry syrup
- 2 meringue shells (from the bakery)

Stir quark with powdered sugar. Whip cream until stiff peaks form, allowing the vanilla sugar to dissolve. Fold whipped cream into the quark and divide into serving bowls.

Rinse berries under running water and pat dry. Wash plums, halve them, pit them, and cut into small pieces.
