Creamy pork strips with broccoli is easy to prepare and tastes great for dinner, lunch, or as a take‑out meal.
Ingredients
- 250 g Broccoli
- Salt
- 250 g pork schnitzel
- 1 onion
- 1 tbsp oil
- Pepper
- 1 pinch Curry powder
- 250 ml veal stock (from the bottle)
- 200 g crème fraîche

Clean and rinse the broccoli, then cut into small florets. Blanch in salted water for 2–4 minutes. Drain and set aside.

Slice the pork schnitzel into strips. Peel and dice the onion. Heat oil in a pan. Sauté the onion and meat until browned. Season with salt and pepper, sprinkle curry powder over it, and cook briefly to toast the spices. Add veal stock, cover, and simmer for 25–30 minutes.

Stir in crème fraîche and let the sauce thicken slightly while still creamy. Fold in the broccoli and warm through. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper as needed.
