Cream Cheese Tart with Tomatoes

- 300 g puff pastry (frozen)
- 400 g cream cheese
- 100 g Gorgonzola
- 1 tsp Oregano
- 100 g cocktail tomatoes
- 1 Red Onion
- 2 tbsp green olives (pitted)
- olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- flour (for working)
Instructions

Let the dough thaw, then roll it out on a floured surface into a rectangle (about 15x40 cm) and place it in a suitable rectangular pan. Brush the dough with oil.

Crush the Gorgonzola with a fork, mix in the cream cheese and oregano. Season with salt and pepper. Spread the mixture over the dough, leaving a border of about 1.5 cm.

Wash and halve the tomatoes.

Peel the onion and cut it into wedges. Distribute both onions and tomatoes over the cheese, sprinkle with olives. Drizzle with a little oil, lightly season with salt and pepper, and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
