Ingredients

  • 100 g goat cream cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese preparation (0.2 % fat)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 splash Lemon juice
  • 1 bunch chives

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Mix the two types of cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, and a splash of lemon juice.

  2. 2.

    Wash the chives, pat dry, and cut into fine ribbons.

  3. 3.

    Form 16 small balls from the cream cheese mixture. Roll the balls in the chive ribbons and skewer onto small wooden sticks.
