Ingredients

  • 0.5 l whipping cream
  • 250 g sugar
  • 50 g powdered sugar
  • a little oil

Instructions

    Whisk the cream and sugar in a pot. Bring to a boil and simmer gently for 45-60 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture turns light brown as the sugar begins to caramelize.

    Remove the pot from heat and stir in the powdered sugar.

    Line a rectangular pan with oiled foil and pour the caramel into it. Let cool, then cut into pieces.
