Ingredients
- 250 g flour
- 0.5 tsp Baking powder
- 0.5 tsp Baking soda
- 1 pinch salt
- 200 g softened butter
- 150 g brown sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 100 g dried cranberries
- baking paper
Instructions

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.

Whisk butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a second bowl until fluffy. Add the egg. Then stir in the flour mixture and orange juice briefly.

Fold in the cranberries.

Drop 2 tbsp spoonfuls onto two baking sheets lined with baking paper. Bake at 180°C (mid) for 15 minutes until golden brown.

Remove cookies from oven, transfer to a kitchen rack on the baking paper and let cool.
