Crab-Stuffed Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 16 large mushrooms
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 150 g cooked ham
  • 1 bundle dill
  • 1 bundle chives
  • 1 bundle parsley
  • 300 g North Sea shrimp (in lake)
  • 300 g crème fraîche
  • Pepper
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

    Wash mushrooms and pat dry.

    Carefully remove stems, chop finely and place in a bowl. Crush garlic clove and add.

  3. 3.

    Cut ham into small pieces. Finely chop herbs and add with ham to the bowl; mix, set aside 3 tbsp.

  4. 4.

    Rinse shrimp well, reserve 16 for garnish, combine remaining shrimp with other ingredients.

  5. 5.

    Whisk crème fraîche with egg yolk and pepper, taste, then gently fold into the mixture above.

    Fill mushroom caps with the mixture and serve garnished with reserved shrimp, extra filling, and chives.
