Ingredients
- 500 g cooked crab meat
- 2 Avocados
- juice of one lemon
- 1 stalk Celery
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 1 tbsp finely sliced tarragon leaves
- 1 cooked beetroot
- 200 g mayonnaise
- a pinch curry
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
Instructions

Cut the crab meat into smaller pieces as needed. Halve the avocados, remove pits, scoop out flesh and dice, then drizzle with lemon juice.

Peel the beetroot and cube it. Wash, trim, and slice the celery thinly.

Combine avocados, beetroot, celery, and herbs in a bowl with mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper, fold in the crab meat. Arrange into serving dishes and chill until ready to serve.
