Ingredients
- 2 carrots
- 1 yellow bell pepper
- 400 g glass noodles
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 2 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- 500 g Brussels sprouts
- 1 red onion (peeled)
- 1 chili pepper
- 200 g soybean sprouts
- 1 tsp Honey
- soy sauce
Instructions

Cook glass noodles according to package instructions.

Clean Brussels sprouts and simmer in salted water for about 15 minutes until al dente. Then shock in cold water and drain well.

Peel carrots and slice into thin strips. Slice onion and chili into rings. Wash pepper, halve it, remove seeds and white membranes, then cut into strips.

Sauté carrot and pepper strips in hot oil. Add Brussels sprouts and simmer together for about 4 minutes. Mix in chili, sesame, sprouts and honey, season with fish sauce and soy sauce, and arrange on the drained glass noodles. Garnish with onion rings before serving.
