Ingredients
- 4 Potatoes
- 1 stalk leeks
- 2 carrots
- 300 g broccoli florets
- 200 g thin green beans
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 l vegetable broth
- 50 g parmesan cheese
- Salt
- Pepper
Instructions

Peel the potatoes and cut them into cubes. Clean the leek and slice it into rings, peel the carrots and slice them, trim the beans and cut them into 2–3 cm pieces.

Heat the butter in a large pot and sauté the potatoes in it. Pour in the broth and simmer for about 15–20 minutes. Add the remaining vegetables and cook for another 10 minutes. Meanwhile grate the parmesan.
