Ingredients
- 800 g waxy potatoes
- Salt
- 200 g Cherry tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 2 sprigs parsley
- 600 g turkey breast fillet
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Pepper

Peel, wash, dice the potatoes and cook in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, wash, pat dry and halve the tomatoes. Peel and slice the onion. Wash, shake dry, pluck and chop the parsley.

Pat the turkey breast dry with kitchen paper and cut it into bite-sized pieces. Heat the oil in a pan. Brown the turkey pieces all around. Remove and set aside.

Add the potatoes to the pan and fry them until golden brown all around. Add the onion strips and fry them along. Add the meat and tomatoes, season everything with salt and pepper and continue frying for 2-3 minutes.

Mix in the parsley and serve immediately.
