Ingredients
- 1 can tuna (in water)
- 2 tbsp Sour cream
- 0.5 Carrot
- 1 tsp chopped dill sprigs
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 leaves romaine lettuce
- 1 slice small white bread
- 1 tsp butter
- 2 orange slices
- 4 cucumber slices
- 1 small tomato (quartered)

Drain the tuna. Peel the carrot, cut it lengthwise into thin strips, then crosswise into very fine sticks. Flake the tuna with a fork, mix with sour cream, carrot, and dill, season with salt and pepper. Cut the bread into cubes, toast them in hot butter until golden on all sides. Wash, dry, and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces.

Place the lettuce in a plastic container, spoon the tuna mixture over it, and garnish with orange slices, cucumber slices, croutons, and tomato quarters.
