Colorful Tomato Salad on Creamy Cheese

Ingredients

• 250 g red cherry tomatoes
• 250 g yellow cherry tomatoes
• 1 small red onion
• 1 clove garlic
• 10 g basil (0.5 bunch)
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt
• Pepper
• 20 g arugula (0.25 bunch)
• 200 g creamy cheese

Instructions

   Wash and halve the tomatoes. Peel the onion and garlic. Halve the onion and slice into rings. Finely chop the garlic.

   Wash, pat dry, and finely chop the basil.

   Mix tomatoes, onions, basil, garlic, and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper.

   Wash and pat dry the arugula. Arrange the tomato salad with arugula and creamy cheese.
