Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 250 g strawberries
- 100 g raspberries
Instructions

For the mango leather: peel the mango, remove the flesh from the pit, cut into small pieces and blend until smooth.

For the strawberry‑raspberry leather: puree strawberries and raspberries together, then strain through a sieve to remove seeds.

Spread each fruit puree thinly (4 mm) onto parchment paper on a baking sheet and dry in a preheated oven at 50 °C fan‑forced for about 5 hours; clamp a wooden spoon between the oven door and the rack to allow moisture to escape.

When the fruit puree is leathery, remove the tray from the oven, let it cool for about 20 minutes, then cut into strips and loosely roll them.
