Ingredients
- 400 g Carrots
- Salt
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
- 1 Mango
- 400 g Tofu
- 200 g radicchio
- 400 g Broccoli
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 250 g ORYZA (Selection Kamalis Fragrant Rice)
- Pepper
- 2 tbsp cashew kernels (30 g)
- 2 tbsp cashew butter (30 g)
- 100 g yogurt (1.5 % fat)
- 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 handful coriander leaves (5 g)
- 1 tbsp black sesame seeds (15 g)
