Ingredients

  • 400 g Carrots
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Maple Syrup
  • 1 Mango
  • 400 g Tofu
  • 200 g radicchio
  • 400 g Broccoli
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 250 g ORYZA (Selection Kamalis Fragrant Rice)
  • Pepper
  • 2 tbsp cashew kernels (30 g)
  • 2 tbsp cashew butter (30 g)
  • 100 g yogurt (1.5 % fat)
  • 0.5 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1 handful coriander leaves (5 g)
  • 1 tbsp black sesame seeds (15 g)
