Ingredients
- 250 g mixed leafy greens (arugula, radicchio, frisée, lamb's lettuce... )
- 200 g small tomatoes
- 100 g raspberries
- 0.5 bunch chives (coarsely chopped)
- 1 tbsp raspberry vinegar
- 1 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 0.5 tsp mustard
- a pinch sugar
Instructions

Wash, rinse, and tear the greens into bite-sized pieces as needed.

Rinse the tomatoes and halve them.

Rinse the raspberries.

Whisk together the vinegars with mustard, sugar, salt, and pepper; beat in the oil until emulsified, then taste and adjust seasoning.

Combine salad ingredients with the vinaigrette and serve on plates.
