Ingredients
- 500 g red bell peppers
- 1 small onion
- 2 stalks celery
- 350 g tomatoes
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 2 dashes Tabasco
- basil (for garnish)
Instructions

Wash, trim and chop the peppers, removing seeds. Peel and dice the onion, wash and cut the celery. Wash the tomatoes, remove stems and dice the flesh.

Blend all prepared ingredients with olive oil in a blender. Season with salt, pepper and Tabasco, chill until serving. Stir briefly before serving, pour into glasses and garnish with basil leaves.
