Ingredients
- 0.5 Charentais melon
- 0.5 honeydew melon
- 200 ml semi-dry white wine
- 3 tbsp powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- 100 g fresh raspberries
- lime zest

Halve the melons, remove seeds and use a melon baller to scoop 4 large and 16 small balls from each.

Peel the remaining melon and dice the flesh. Blend with the wine and 4-5 ice cubes until smooth. Stir in sugar and lime juice, then pour into four bowls. Sprinkle raspberries and add the melon balls and lime zest to the soup. Serve immediately.
