Ingredients

  • 1 salad cucumber (ca. 400 g)
  • 250 g quark (or cream cheese)
  • 300 ml yogurt
  • Salt
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp dill sprigs (chopped)
  • 15 chives

Instructions

    Wash the cucumber, grate it, sprinkle with a little salt and let it sit for about 15 minutes; then mix thoroughly with quark, yogurt, 2 tbsp dill and lemon juice and refrigerate.

    Serve garnished with chives and dill.
