Ingredients
- 1 salad cucumber (ca. 400 g)
- 250 g quark (or cream cheese)
- 300 ml yogurt
- Salt
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp dill sprigs (chopped)
- 15 chives

Wash the cucumber, grate it, sprinkle with a little salt and let it sit for about 15 minutes; then mix thoroughly with quark, yogurt, 2 tbsp dill and lemon juice and refrigerate.
