Cold Currant Soup

Ingredients

  • 400 ml almond drink (almond milk)
  • 3 stevia leaves
  • 500 g currants (red and black)
  • 2 scoops yogurt ice cream
  • honey (to taste)

Instructions

    Heat the almond milk and steep the stevia leaves for about 3 minutes. Remove the leaves.

    Wash the berries, drain them, remove stems, and add half to the milk. Blend until creamy and strain through a sieve. Chill the soup in the refrigerator.
