Cold Cucumber Soup

A refreshing cold cucumber soup from Spoonsparrow is always wonderfully tasty.
Ingredients
- 2 salad cucumbers
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 pinch of sugar
- Tabasco
- 1 splash Lemon juice
- 200 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 200 ml Buttermilk
- Salt
- black pepper (freshly ground)
- 2 tbsp chopped dill

Peel and dice the cucumber. Set aside a few slices for garnish if desired.

Peel the garlic clove and blend it with the cucumber cubes and yogurt in a blender until smooth. Stir in the buttermilk and season with sugar, Tabasco, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Spoon onto plates, garnish with cucumber slices as desired, and sprinkle with dill before serving.
