- 4 eggs
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 200 g Flour
- 50 g ground almonds
- 1 packet baking powder
- 100 g sugar
- 0.5 l milk
- 1 packet chocolate pudding mix
- 5 tbsp coffee powder
- 3 tbsp Coffee Liqueur
- 370 g butter
- 220 g orange marmalade
- cocoa powder
- moka beans

Beat the eggs, 4 tbsp warm water, sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Mix flour, almonds and baking powder and fold into the egg mixture. Line a springform pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter and smooth the top. Bake at 175 °C for 40 minutes. Let the finished cake cool on a rack, remove the parchment and let it cool completely.

Cook a pudding from milk, sugar and the chocolate pudding mix, then stir in coffee powder and liqueur. Whip the soft butter until fluffy and gradually fold in the cooled pudding; both should be roughly the same temperature.

Divide the sponge into three layers using kitchen twine. Warm orange marmalade in a small pot and brush each layer with it. Spread moka cream on the layers and assemble. Raise the cream to cloud‑like peaks around the edges and spray remaining rosettes onto the surface. Garnish with moka beans and dust with cocoa powder.
