Ingredients
- 750 g cod fillet
- 150 g spinach
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt
- Pepper (freshly ground)
- 1 tbsp Medium-hot mustard
- 1 tsp curry powder
- 1 onion
- 3 tbsp butter
- 200 g whipping cream
- 2 tbsp breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp sesame seeds
- 3 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- butter (for greasing the dish)
Instructions

Season cod fillets with salt, pepper and drizzle with lemon juice. Rinse spinach, wash thoroughly and drain well.

Peel onion, finely dice and sauté in about 1 tbsp butter until translucent; pour in cream and let reduce slightly, then stir in curry and mustard, seasoning with salt, pepper and a splash of lemon juice.

Grease a baking dish, layer cod fillets and spinach, pour over the cream sauce. Mix breadcrumbs with parmesan and sesame seeds and sprinkle evenly over the gratin. Dot remaining butter in small pats on top.

Bake in preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes until golden.
