Ingredients
- crushed ice
- 20 ml white rum
- 20 ml coconut liqueur
- 20 ml coconut syrup
- 100 ml pineapple juice
- 40 ml whipping cream
- 4 ice cubes
- Pineapple pieces (on skewers)
Instructions

Fill the glass about halfway with crushed ice. Shake the rum with the liqueur, syrup, juice and cream in a shaker with the ice cubes until creamy. Strain through a bar strainer into the glass.
