Ingredients
- 60 ml orange juice (freshly squeezed)
- 60 ml fresh coconut milk
- 30 ml white rum
- 20 ml Bénédictine
- 1 orange slice (for garnish)
- crushed ice
- 4 ice cubes

Fill a glass halfway with crushed ice.

Pour the ice cubes, orange juice, coconut milk, rum and Bénédictine over the crushed ice, shake vigorously, then strain through a bar strainer into the crushed ice. Stick the orange slice on the rim of the glass and serve.
