Ingredients

  • 200 g coconut flakes
  • 400 ml coconut milk
  • 1 Banana
  • 250 g strawberries
  • 30 g dried goji berries
  • 1 tsp brown sugar

Instructions

    Cut the coconut flesh into pieces and put them in a blender with a little coconut milk. Peel the banana and slice it. Wash, trim the strawberries and add them to the blender along with 20 g of goji berries and the sliced banana; blend everything until smooth. Add the remaining coconut milk until the desired consistency is reached. Sweeten with brown sugar to taste.

    Pour the smoothie into glasses and serve garnished with the remaining chopped goji berries.
