Ingredients

  • 50 g coconut chips (from health food store, alternatively shredded coconut)
  • 4 bananas
  • 400 g honeydew melon
  • 150 g rolled oats
  • 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 2 packets vanilla sugar
  • mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

    Lightly toast coconut chips in a small pan.

    Peel bananas and slice them. Cut honeydew into cubes. Mix fruits, toasted coconut, and oats together.
