Ingredients
- 50 g coconut chips (from health food store, alternatively shredded coconut)
- 4 bananas
- 400 g honeydew melon
- 150 g rolled oats
- 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
- 2 packets vanilla sugar
- mint leaves for garnish
Instructions

Lightly toast coconut chips in a small pan.

Peel bananas and slice them. Cut honeydew into cubes. Mix fruits, toasted coconut, and oats together.

Stir yogurt with vanilla sugar and serve alongside the fruit-muesli mixture. Sprinkle with mint leaves before serving.
