Ingredients
- 70 g dried plums
- 3 tbsp orange juice
- 1 Banana
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- a pinch ground cinnamon
- a pinch ground cloves
- 2 whole-grain bread rolls
- 2 tbsp cream cheese
- 1 tbsp Pistachios

Cut the dried plums into small pieces, mix with orange juice and let soak overnight.

Peel and halve the banana. Blend one half with the plums, stir in vanilla sugar, and season with cinnamon and cloves. Slice the bread rolls in half. Spread the cream cheese on each half and then spread the plum mixture on top. Cut the remaining banana into slices and arrange them over the spread. Sprinkle chopped pistachios and serve.
