Ingredients

  • 12 slices toast bread
  • 4 leaves lettuce
  • 1 stalk Celery
  • 1 Avocado
  • 4 Tbsp mayonnaise
  • 4 tbsp ketchup
  • Salt
  • Lemon juice
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 200 g shrimp (pre-cooked)
  • chervil (for garnish)

Instructions

    Toast the bread slices until golden brown. Wash, dry and tear the lettuce into small pieces. Rinse and thinly slice the celery. Peel, halve, pit and cube the avocado.

    Mix mayonnaise with ketchup and season with salt, lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Fold in the celery, avocado and shrimp. Spread the mixture over half of the toasted slices, top with lettuce leaves, then add another slice on top. Stack three sandwiches, secure with a wooden skewer and garnish with chervil before serving.
