Clementine yogurt with ginger, honey and mint: This aromatic and figure-friendly mandarin yogurt provides protein, calcium and vitamins.
Ingredients
- 2 clementines
- 10 g fresh ginger (1 piece)
- 1 stalk mint
- 2 tsp Liquid Honey
- 300 g Yogurt (1.5% fat)
Instructions

Peel the clementines and use a small knife to cut out the fruit segments between the separating membranes, catching the juice.

Peel the ginger and finely chop it.

Wash the mint, shake dry, pluck the leaves and slice them into fine strips.

Whisk together honey, clementine juice, ginger and yogurt; add the mandarin segments.

Serve the clementine yogurt in two bowls and sprinkle mint over the top.
