Blackberry Layered Yogurt

The Blackberry Layered Yogurt with pistachios from Spoonsparrow is a light and especially delicious summer dessert!

Ingredients

  • 250 g blackberries
  • 500 g yogurt (1.5% fat)
  • 60 g pistachio nuts (4 tbsp)
  • 4 tsp honey

Instructions

  1. 1.

    Rinse the blackberries and place 150 g in a tall container.

  2. 2.

    Add half of the yogurt and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

  3. 3.

    Divide the blackberry yogurt into four glasses.

  4. 4.

    Pour the remaining yogurt into the glasses. Arrange the leftover blackberries on top.

  5. 5.

    Coarsely chop the pistachio nuts and mix with honey. Spoon over the layered yogurts and serve.
