Ingredients
- 600 g mixed seafood (frozen)
- 150 g cooked rice
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt
- pepper (ground)
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1 Mango
- 1 tbsp chopped parsley
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice

Thaw the seafood, then sauté in hot oil for about 3 minutes, remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper, drizzle with lemon juice, fold in parsley, let rest. Wash, trim, halve, seed, peel off white membrane of the bell pepper and dice into small cubes; add to the mixture.

Peel the mango, separate flesh from the pit, and combine with rice before adding to the salad. Season with curry, divide onto bowls, and serve.
