Ingredients
- 2 untreated oranges
- 2 rosemary sprigs
- 1.5 kg cured pork ham
Instructions

Preheat the oven to 150°C (Oven rack in the middle).

Slice the oranges thinly and press them onto the ham, then wash the rosemary, shake dry, pick off small bunches from each twig and place on top of the ham as well. Wrap tightly in aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 30–35 minutes.

Remove, unwrap and slice into thin pieces with a sharp knife.
