Ingredients
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 chili pepper
- 4 shrimp (prepped)
- 150 g broccoli
- 1 kohlrabi
- 1 stalk leek
- 1 tbsp oil
- 150 g Ebly
- Salt
- 300 ml broth
- coriander leaves
- mango chutney (jar)

Chop the garlic and chili. Wash and pat dry the shrimp. Break the broccoli into florets. Dice the kohlrabi and slice the leek. Heat the oil, then sauté the garlic, chili, and shrimp for about 3 minutes. Remove the shrimp and set aside warm.

Sauté the wheat and vegetables, season with salt, deglaze with broth, and simmer for 10–15 minutes. Sprinkle chopped coriander over the top and arrange the shrimp on the dish. Serve with a side of mango chutney.
