Ingredients

  • 200 g Flour
  • 120 g butter
  • 60 g sugar
  • 2 tbsp cold whipping cream
  • legumes (for blind baking)
  • 220 g whipping cream
  • 500 g dark chocolate (60% cocoa, chopped)
  • 100 g butter (ice‑cold)
  • 2 tbsp orange liqueur (for flavoring)
  • Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. 1.

Preheat the oven to 200°C (convection).

  2. 2.

Knead the flour with the butter, sugar and cream quickly into a shortcrust dough. Wrap in cling film and chill for 30 minutes.

  3. 3.

Roll out the dough thinly and line the tart tin. Cover with parchment paper and legumes, bake for about 25 minutes. Remove from oven, discard legumes and paper.

  4. 4.

Heat the cream and pour over the chocolate. Scrape gently with a spatula until the chocolate melts. Add the butter and mix in. Finally stir in the orange liqueur.

  5. 5.

Spread the mixture onto the shortcrust base, smooth it out, garnish the edge with chocolate shavings and chill until set. Cut into pieces before serving.
