Ingredients
- 0.2 l milk
- 1 packet vanilla sugar
- 100 g chocolate block
- 2 egg yolks
- 150 g sugar
- 4 sheets white gelatin
- 250 ml Whipping Cream

Bring milk and vanilla sugar to a boil, remove from heat and let steep for 20 minutes. Melt the chocolate with 3 tbsp hot milk and add to the vanilla milk.

Whisk egg yolks with 100g sugar until fluffy, then fold in. Soak gelatin sheets in cold water, squeeze out excess liquid and stir into the mixture. Pour pudding into glass bowls and refrigerate.
