Ingredients
- 130 g figs from Reformhaus® (available at Reformhaus®)
- 30 g dark chocolate from Liebharts Gesundkost 99 % (available at Reformhaus®)
- 130 g amaranth fruit muesli from Allos (available at Reformhaus®)
- 50 g walnut kernels from Lihn (available at Reformhaus®)
- 1 tbsp crushed flaxseed from Reformhaus® (15 g; available at Reformhaus®)
- 80 g brown almond butter from Rapunzel (available at Reformhaus®)
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon from Sonnentor (available at Reformhaus®)
- 1 pinch sea salt from Brecht (available at Reformhaus®)
- 2 tbsp almond kernels from Rapunzel (15 g; available at Reformhaus®)

Coarsely chop figs and soak them in hot water for 10 minutes, then drain. Reserve the liquid. Finely chop dark chocolate.

Grind fruit muesli, walnuts, and flaxseed in a blender until coarsely broken. Add figs, almond butter, cinnamon, salt, and 2–3 tbsp of fig soaking liquid; blend briefly until a homogeneous mixture forms. Fold in chopped chocolate. Let the dough rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to set.

Meanwhile, finely chop almonds. With damp hands, form 20 balls from the dough and roll them in the chopped almonds. Store the chocolate energy balls in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
