Ingredients

  • 100 g dark chocolate couverture
  • 200 g milk chocolate couverture
  • 50 ml milk
  • 400 g whipping cream
  • 50 g vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum
  • dark chocolate shavings for garnish

Instructions

    Chop the couverture into small pieces and melt slowly over a double boiler with the milk, then set aside to cool.

    Whip the cream with vanilla sugar until stiff. Add the rum to the chocolate and stir. Fold the whipped cream into the chocolate mixture. Spoon into dessert cups and chill for 2 hours. Serve garnished with chocolate shavings.
