Ingredients
- 150 g milk chocolate
- 100 g dark chocolate
- 1 large egg
- 1 yolk
- 2 tbsp powdered sugar
- 40 ml whisky
- 2 tsp grated orange zest
- 400 g whipping cream
- cocoa powder (for dusting)
- chocolate shavings
Instructions

Melt both chocolates in a double boiler. Whisk the egg and yolk with powdered sugar in the double boiler until thickened.

Add chocolate and stir. Mix in whisky and orange zest, let the mixture cool slightly. Beat whipping cream to stiff peaks and fold gently into the cooled cream.

Divide into glasses or bowls and chill for about 3 hours. Dust with cocoa powder and sprinkle chocolate shavings before serving.
