Ingredients

  • 150 g Vollmilchschokolade
  • 100 g Zartbitterschokolade
  • 1 großes Ei
  • 1 Eigelb
  • 2 EL Puderzucker
  • 40 ml whisky
  • 400 g Schlagsahne
  • Schokospan
  • Zitronenmelisse

Instructions

    Both chocolates are melted in a bain-marie. Beat the egg and yolk with powdered sugar in a bain-marie until thick.

    Add chocolate and stir. Fold in whisky, let the mixture cool slightly. Whip cream stiffly and gently fold into the cooled mixture.
