Ingredients
- 80 g white couverture
- dried raspberries
- hazelnut flakes
- ground poppy seeds
- 150 g crème double
Instructions

Wash, dry apples, remove stems and optionally insert small twigs. Boil sugar with honey, butter and crème double for 12-15 minutes over medium heat until a soft creamy caramel forms. Dip apples and set on parchment to cool and firm.

For garnish chop couverture, melt over a double boiler and dip apples. Optionally roll in dried raspberries, hazelnut flakes or poppy seeds and let dry.
