Ingredients
- 150 g whipping cream
- 225 g butter
- 225 g dark chocolate couverture
- 75 g sugar
- 4 eggs
- 2 orange juice
- 2 tbsp rum
- Chocolate glaze (ready-made)
- 50 g white chocolate shavings
- powdered sugar

Heat the cream, chocolate, butter and sugar in a saucepan until the chocolate melts. Beat the eggs, orange juice and rum in a large mixing bowl, then fold in the chocolate mixture. Pour everything into a greased baking tin and bake at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Remove, cool and refrigerate overnight.

Release the cake from the tin, sprinkle with white chocolate shavings and dust with powdered sugar.
