Chocolate Cake

Ingredients
- 350 g whole milk chocolate
- 150 g butter
- 6 Eggs
- 170 g powdered sugar
- 25 g flour
- 50 g ground almond kernels
- 50 ml orange juice
- 300 ml double cream
- 150 g whole milk chocolate
- 30 ml orange liqueur
- Chocolate shavings (for garnish)

Melt butter and chocolate in a water bath. Separate the eggs; beat the yolks with 50g powdered sugar until fluffy, then fold into the melted chocolate. Gently fold in flour and almonds, then add orange juice. Beat the egg whites with the remaining powdered sugar to stiff peaks, gently fold into the chocolate batter. Line a springform pan with parchment paper, pour in the batter, and bake at 180°C for about 50 minutes. Let cool in the springform, then carefully remove.

For the topping, gently heat the chocolate with double cream and liqueur in a water bath, melt, chill, beat, and refrigerate for 2 hours. Spread the chilled cake with the chocolate cream, keep cool. Just before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings and curls, and serve cold.
