Ingredients
- 0.5 head frisée lettuce
- 0.5 head radicchio
- 4 organic lemons
- 1 tbsp organic lemon zest
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey
- 4 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 small red chili pepper
- 3 sprigs parsley
- Salt

For the salad, remove stems from frisée and radicchio, wash, dry, and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Grate zest from lemons and set aside. Trim remaining zest so no white pith remains on fruit. Slice lemons. For the dressing, mix grated lemon zest with juice, honey, and oil. Clean chili pepper, halve it, remove seeds, then dice finely. Chop parsley finely, add to dressing with chili, season with salt. Arrange salads on four plates with lemon slices and drizzle with dressing.
