Chili Hummus

Chili-Hummus from Spoonsparrow is perfect for all fans of spicy dips and spreads.
Ingredients
- 250 g Chickpeas (drained weight; with liquid)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 red chili peppers
- 30 g tahini (2 tbsp)
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 20 g Tomato paste (1 tbsp)
- 0.5 lemon (juice)
- Salt
- Pepper
- ground cumin
- 10 g parsley (0.5 bunch)
Instructions

Drain the chickpeas in a sieve and rinse under cold water. Peel the garlic. Wash, clean, and chop the chili peppers.

Blend the tahini paste with olive oil for about 1 minute. Then add the chickpeas, garlic, chili peppers, tomato paste, and lemon juice and blend everything into a creamy chili hummus. Add a little water for the desired consistency. Season the chili hummus with salt, pepper, and cumin.

Wash, dry, and chop the parsley. Fill the chili hummus into a bowl and sprinkle with parsley.
