Colorful Vegetable Wraps

These colorful vegetable wraps are quick to prepare with only 5 fresh ingredients and are also super delicious and healthy.

Ingredients

  • 40 g Baby spinach
  • 1 Carrot
  • 40 g Cheddar (1 piece; 45% fat in milk)
  • 200 g Cream Cheese (8 tbsp)
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

Instructions

    Wash and spin dry the spinach. Peel the carrot, and cut it into thin slices with a vegetable peeler.

    Mix cream cheese with salt and pepper. Spread 2 tbsp of cream cheese on each tortilla. Distribute cheddar, spinach, and carrot on the tortillas. Fold in the two short sides of the tortilla, then fold the long side towards the open side to roll up into wraps.

    Toast the tortillas in a hot pan for 2-3 minutes on both sides until desired browning and serve immediately.
