Ingredients
- 1 g poultry
- salt, pepper
- chilli powder
- 3 red onions
- 500 g small new potatoes
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 500 g cherry tomatoes
- 1 bunch thyme

Season the poultry inside and out with salt and chilli. Peel the onions and cut them into wedges. Wash the potatoes, halve them and mix with the onions in a bowl with salt, pepper and olive oil. Place the poultry in a roasting pan and spread the potato mixture around it.

Bake in a hot oven at 180°C on the second rack from below for 45–50 minutes. Add the tomatoes 15 minutes before the end of cooking time and season with salt and pepper. Roughly chop thyme and sprinkle over before serving.
