Ingredients
- 1 whole chicken (ca. 1.2 kg)
- Salt
- freshly ground pepper
- 1 onion
- 1 Garlic clove
- 1 bunch flat-leaf parsley
- 300 g Greek yogurt

Rinse the chicken and pat dry. Lightly season inside and out with salt and pepper.

Peel the onion and garlic. Dice the onion finely, peel the garlic. Rinse the parsley, shake dry, and chop the leaves very finely. Mix the yogurt with the diced onion and chopped parsley. Squeeze in the garlic, add salt and pepper, and stir well. Rub this mixture all over the chicken.

Wrap generously in parchment paper and seal tightly. Place on a baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (gas: level 3-4, fan: 180°C) for about 50 minutes. Open the parchment and bake for an additional 20 minutes.
